Shipping Policy – Back to the Branch

At Back to the Branch, we take the safe handling and delivery of all animals and products very seriously. Our goal is to ensure your animals arrive healthy and your experience is smooth. 

Live Feeders:
We do not ship live feeder mice or rats. These are available for local pickup or delivery only to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

Other Live Animals & Products:
We are an authorized live animal FedEx shipper. Shipping arrangements for all other  non-live products are due to ship within a reasonable timeframe after purchase (1-5 days)

Scheduling & Accommodations:

• Once your purchase is completed, we will contact you by telephone, email, or both to coordinate shipping or pickup on live animals.

• We are extremely accommodating and can offer holds when necessary; each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Our team is available to answer any questions you may have about timing, packaging, or special instructions to ensure a safe and smooth delivery.

Important Notes:

• Live orders will not be processed or shipped without prior contact and scheduling with the buyer.

• We prioritize the health and safety of every animal; timing and conditions may require flexibility.
