  • Live feeders are available pickup or delivery only; we do not ship them.

  • Other live animals and eligible products may be shipped through authorized FedEx live animal shipping with arrangements made post-purchase.

  • Scheduling for shipping or delivery is coordinated with the buyer; Back to the Branch is not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect contact information or buyer unavailability.

4. Animal Care Responsibility

  • Buyers are responsible for the proper care, housing, feeding, and handling of all animals purchased.

  • Back to the Branch provides guidance and information but is not liable for illness, injury, or death after animals leave our care.

5. Limitation of Liability

    • Improper care or handling of purchased animals or products

    • Shipping or transport delays beyond our control
